We want you to love what you wear! If you're not satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong size/item. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-returnable Items

  • Final sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
